These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bbongdesigns platform, websites and related services (together, the "Service") provided by bbongdesigns ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
bbongdesigns provides cloud-based business management and enterprise resource planning software, including sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, point-of-sale, CRM and tax-compliance features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which will be added where required.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload.
6. Compliance features
Tax and e-invoicing features (including ZATCA and VAT functionality) are provided as tools to assist your compliance. You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations, filings and the accuracy of your records.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by bbongdesigns and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bbongdesigns is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

This Privacy Policy explains how bbongdesigns ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). We act as a data controller for account and website data, and as a data processor for the business data our customers enter into the platform.

- Usage data — device, browser, pages viewed and interactions, collected to operate and improve the Service.
- Customer Data — the business records you enter into the platform, which we process on your behalf.

- To provide, secure and improve the Service and respond to your requests.
- To process demo and sales enquiries you submit to us.
- To send service and, where permitted, relevant product communications (you can opt out anytime).
- To meet legal, tax and security obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure partners) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
